+ Digital and print brochures for a brand new light industrial and office building located in the heart of East Vancouver - the most progressive and community friendly neighbourhood, offering an endless list of nearby conveniences and amenities.

The concept I envisioned for this project was a logo mark that belongs in Mount Pleasant and brings together the eclectic and hip vibe of the neighbourhood with the entrepreneurial history of the building & the family.

Community is at the heart of this design, with its friendly and quirky typography completing the beautiful architectural highlights of the building icon. The Condor typeface has a vintage take with an industrial feel, as it is inspired by signage from old mill buildings of the 1930s. It merges the simplicity of thick-and-thin forms with the elegance of Art Deco lettering and design.
